We offer a variety of programs here at Leadership Wyoming, from our Core Program, to the Wyoming Academy, to the Brio Collective. Below we’ll break down some differences and help you navigate which one(s) might be the best suited for you.

This is where it all began. Known as Leadership Wyoming for the last 20+ years, our core program is a nine-month commitment for leaders across the state to learn about the industries, communities, challenges, and opportunities facing Wyoming. Every month from August to May, the class of about 40 participants meets in a new Wyoming community to learn about the successes and struggles within that area, connect with local alumni, and most importantly, continue to grow as leaders and develop relationships with their classmates.

The Wyoming Academy is designed to connect and grow leaders who are building resilient communities in Wyoming. The program includes three in-person sessions across Wyoming highlighting both large and small communities. Participants can also expect personal and professional development opportunities to assist you in moving the ball forward on an idea or project. This program was created through a collaboration between the Wyoming Business Council and Leadership Wyoming. Both organizations will play a significant role in its execution.

The Brio Collective is a transformational experience for women across the state to reflect, connect, and ignite their spirit alongside a cohort of 26 inspirational women. This six-week intensive program is facilitated through an in-person retreat followed by five consecutive weeks of virtual speakers and workshops. Brio means ‘with vigor’ or ‘spirited’ -- join Wyoming’s influential and impactful women leaders to be inspired, gain knowledge, and form meaningful relationships.
