Bios
scott beaulier
Scott Beaulier is the Dean of the University of Wyoming College of Business. Over his decades-long career in higher-education leadership as faculty member, chair, research director, and dean, Scott has built a track record of developing business programs that fuse the structure of the classroom with the realities of business in the 21st century. Scott earned an undergraduate degree from Northern Michigan University and a Ph.D in economics from George Mason University. Scott enjoys hiking, hunting, and fishing and is also an avid distance runner. He lives in Laramie with his wife, Anemone, and their four children.
Rosie berger
Rosie is highly respected leader in Wyoming who has served the state in many capacities and is well known for her 14-year career in the Wyoming House of Representatives. She is also a graduate of Leadership Wyoming from the Class of 2002. Her passion for Wyoming and for giving back is without question. Rosie will be offering her expertise on managing complex situations and leading with civility. She is also a Gracious Space Affiliate Coach.

Josh Dorrell is the Chief Executive Officer of the Wyoming Business Council. His purpose in this role (and in life) is to inspire and facilitate positive change, especially within Wyoming. Josh has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and has experience working in start-ups and tech businesses. He has taught professional and technical selling at the University of Wyoming College of Business since 2006. Josh and his wife, Amanda, have four children.

Pat Hughes is the owner of Trillium Leadership Consulting and has worked for the past 25 years with individuals, organizations, and communities to increase their leadership capacity. She is the co-founder and co-author of Gracious Space: A Practical Guide for Working Better Together, and the author of Creating Equity with Gracious Space. Pat and her husband live in Seattle and have one daughter.

Pat Kearney is the founding partner and principal at Eddyline Coaching and Facilitation. He brings over 20 years of experience as an educator, coach, and facilitator supporting individuals and teams. His passion is helping others expand their potential to unlock meaningful change and create opportunities.
He holds a Master's in Education from Harvard and certifications from Integral Coaching Canada and Hogan Assessments. He lives in Jackson, Wyoming with his wife, two small children and two dogs.

An artist, photographer, and fifth-generation Wyoming native, Lindsay Linton Buk is the creator of Women in Wyoming project -- an art and media project illuminating the strength and spirit of Wyoming women and girls. Lindsay is a keynote speaker and facilitates workshops about the creative spirit required for life. She is the co-founder of The Brio Collective, a Leadership Wyoming program for women leaders across the state. Additionally, Lindsay is passionate about advocacy work and serves as Vice Chair of the Wyoming Women's Foundation which works towards economic self-sufficiency for women and opportunities for girls in Wyoming. Lindsay resides in Jackson with her husband, two toddler boys, and 100lb great dane/mastiff.

Josh is the Wyoming State Command Chief Master Sergeant assigned to the Joint Force Headquarters in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He serves as the principal advisor to the Adjutant General of Wyoming for all matters related to the competencies of the enlisted force. Josh is also a graduate of the Leadership Wyoming Class of 2019 and a trained facilitator in the Hogan Personality Inventory. Josh lives in Cheyenne with his wife and four children.

Dustin Roush is a fifth-generation Wyoming cattle rancher and the Chief Revenue Officer and founder of L&H Industrial Canada. Dustin nurtured the company’s growth from inception in 2012 to a formidable $24 million in revenue by 2017. He studied Marketing at the University of Wyoming, though he remains just short of completing his degree. Dustin is on the board for the Office of Economic Transformation in Campbell County, where he contributes to shaping the economic future of the region. In his free time, Dustin is a private pilot and enjoys the freedom of flying.

Michelle is the Director of the Wyoming Afterschool Alliance, a Priority Fund of the Wyoming Community Foundation. Much of Sullivan’s professional and voluntary life has focused on the development of dynamic and connected communities where the conditions exist for young people in those communities to reach their full potential. She has served as a former chair of the Wyoming State Board of Education, a Commissioner for State Parks and Cultural Resources and currently serves on the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees. Michelle holds a master’s degree in Mind, Brain & Education from Harvard University. She was a Kellogg National Leadership Fellow and a Loeb Fellow at the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University. Michelle is a graduate and was awarded an honorary doctorate from Colorado College.

She is certified by the International Coaching Federation and International Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Erin's experience includes forging alliances, assuming association leadership roles, managing boards, engaging in government relations, and navigating the intricacies of politics. She has served on numerous community and industry boards and has enjoyed leadership roles in various capacities, a testament to her versatility and adaptability. She is a proud Leadership Wyoming alum. Erin and her husband reside in Cheyenne with their three children (and two corgis).
mandy fabel
Mandy Fabel is the Executive Director of Leadership Wyoming. She has an MBA from the University of Wyoming and has worked in the nonprofit sector as well as in small business. Mandy is a graduate of the Leadership Wyoming Class of 2017. She is also active in her local Rotary Club and writes a monthly column for the Sheridan Press. In her free time Mandy enjoys outdoor activities ranging from rock climbing and mountain biking to dirt biking and snowmobiling. Mandy lives in Lander with her husband, Brian, and young son Stokes.
