The 22-Minute walk podcast

In 2022, Leadership Wyoming hosted the inaugural 22-Minute Walk, a challenge which encouraged participants to dedicate 22 minutes a week in December to silent self-reflection. Each week ended began with an email prompt and ended with an interview of the prompt author (see below).
