what

Leadership Wyoming offers personal and team leadership development through the Hogan Assessment. Open to anyone, registrants will take the assessment, receive executive coaching for themselves, staff, or team, and have a faciliation to discuss the results.

why

The Hogan Assessment goes beyond simple self-reflection and captures a much deeper view of what drives you, where your strengths shine, and where you tend to get in your own way. All teams can benefit from identifying their common values, celebrating diverse strengths, and understanding blindspots.

Working with Leadership Wyoming on the Hogan Individual Assessment and the Hogan Team Build was significant for our organization. We were looking for a thorough professional development opportunity for our individual team members that we could also use to drive some critical and thoughtful team building conversations. The Hogan and Mandy hit the nail on the head.

This was a good tool to use with staff because it is very positive and illustrates that there is no “right” profile. Instead, the values suggest how you might be perceived and the tendencies that you might exhibit under certain conditions. It makes people feel safe to talk about professional areas where their score might impact their behavior at work and have other staff offer feedback that did not appear critical.
