What Is it?
Mastermind Coaching Groups will consist of three to four leaders who are at a similar place in their career (such as CEOs, those with statewide reach, new to Wyoming, etc). Each month participants will meet with individually with a coach and as a peer group to share their challenges and strive together.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Wyoming leaders who want to level up through coaching and connection. Open to Alumni and Non-Alumni.
WHat is peer coaching?
A way of workshopping ideas and challenges with others in similar situations. All peer coaching will also have a trained coach present.

Selection Process
Apply through an online form. While it is not a competitive program, acceptance will be dependent on our ability to place you in an appropriate group.
Cost
$1,250 with a 10% discount if you have previously taken the Hogan Assessment.
Format
Kickoff event will be an all-day on September 1st in Casper (in-person). All remaining coaching will be virtual or have the potential for regional meet ups.
